We explored the Northern Star Theatre and Barron County Historical Society Pioneer Village Museum. The area has fun activities like golfing too. The rooms were spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though mostly continental.

The only downside was the fitness center—it could use some upgrades since it felt a bit low budget without the usual amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay, as the staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. It was so convenient to explore nearby attractions like the Rice Lake Curling Club, just a bit over 2 km away, and the beautiful parks a short walk from the hotel.

The comfy bed was great, but the room felt cramped for our family.

I enjoyed a clean and cozy stay during my brief visit. The staff were welcoming and responsive when I needed fresh coffee. Just remember that breakfast is limited to simple options, so maybe grab a bite elsewhere if you want something hot. Overall, a decent stopover.

The room had some comfy beds and a nice mirror, which was a bonus. But the décor felt outdated. The smell was a mix of stale smoke and some weird freshener. They had a make-your-own omelet machine at breakfast, which was cool. However, we had some issues with our room keys not working, and we had to deal with cold food as a result. Not the best experience overall.

The Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Rice Lake is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. I felt very welcomed by the attentive staff, and the location was easy to navigate, perfect for someone like me who enjoys convenience.

Just an optimal selection for a brief stopover in Rice Lake with high value for money. Everything looked new, clean, and shiny. Keep in mind the noise from other rooms could be bothersome at night.

The room had a stale smoke smell, and the fabrics on the chairs were visibly outdated. A nice touch was the make-your-own omelette machine available for breakfast. Unfortunately, both room keys were inactivated while picking out food, leading to cold meals upon returning. Despite the staff's explanation about a glitch from daylight savings over three months prior, this issue needs addressing, especially since we had arranged for a late checkout the night before.

The beds in our room were super comfy, making it feel like a cozy hug after a long day! The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and had a nice mirror that made getting ready a breeze. There was plenty of parking, and the staff went above and beyond, getting us a hair dryer right away when ours wasn’t working.
